OBJECTIVES

·          To present Malaysia’s policy, strategy and direction with regards to  mineral resource development

·          To provide an update on the legislations, R&D and rehabilitation efforts in the mineral resource 

         industry

·          To discuss the various issues and challenges with regards to the future  sustainable development of

         the mineral resource industry

·          To foster closer collaboration and cooperation amongst public and private  sectors including

         Institutions of Higher Learning for mineral resource  development

·          To provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge and ideas towards the  future sustainable

         development of the mineral resource industry.
